We work through three interconnected programs. Each one reinforces the others.
Investing in the Community
The Learning Centre in Usa River is a free public resource for a community of roughly 500,000 people. It has a lending library, a computer training centre, and a teacher training facility, with more opening in the next two years.
Investing in Teachers
We train teachers and school leaders in private and government schools across northern Tanzania. A well-trained teacher carries those skills into every classroom they work in for the rest of their career.
